KADAPA DISTRICT COURT 04 Examiners Posts Recruitment

District Court KADAPA, invites applications from the eligible candidates for appointment of 04 EXAMINERS posts in the A.P. Judicial Ministerial Services, in the Unit of District Judge, Kadapa, by Direct Recruitment.

Pay Scale:
Rs. 7960/- - 23,650/-

Age Limit:
Applicant shall be a person who has completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed the age of 34 years, as on 01.07.2015
*The age relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of SCs, STs and Backward Classes candidates is 5 years and 10 years in respect of Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen.

Educational Qualifications:
1) Must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by A.P. State Board of Intermediate Education or equivalent Examination.
2) No candidate shall be eligible for appointment to the post of Copyist in the Kadapa District Judiciary, if he/she does not possess an adequate knowledge of Telugu Language”.

How to Apply:
*The prescribed form of application and other relevant information can be downloaded from the District Court’s Website http://ecourts.gov.in/Kadapa.
*The duly filled in applications shall be submitted to the District Judge, Kadapa by Registered post/Courier only.
*The applicant shall invariably submit the application UNFOLDED super-scribing on the top of cover mentioning the name of the post applied for, Notification No. & Date. *Applications will not be received directly.
*Applications shall be addressed to the 'DISTRICT JUDGE, KADAPA' Last Date for receipt of applications is: 05-00 PM on 24-08-2015.
*The candidates who are applying for the post of Copyist shall enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) drawn on any Nationalized Bank, towards Application/ Examination fee, in favour of “District Judge, Kadapa”, payable at Kadapa.

Selection Process:
*Appointment to the posts notified will be made only on the basis of the presidential order to the extent it applies and subject to Rules of Reservation.
*A written test (objective type with multiple choice answers) of the standard consistent with the minimum Educational qualification prescribed ie. Intermediate qualification will be held on OMR basis (Technology) for all the eligible applicants.
*The written examination shall be conducted for 80 marks, Interview for 20 marks.
*The minimum qualifying marks to be secured in the written examination are for OCs – 40%, BCs – 35% and SCs/STs – 30%.
*Interview shall be conducted to the candidates qualified in the written examination, in the ratio of 1:10.

List of Attested Documents:
1. Certificate of qualifying examination.
2. Certificate evidencing date of birth.
3. Latest Community Certificate (issued by the authority not less than the rank of MRO/Tahasildar).
4. Physically Handicapped candidates have to produce the medical certificate showing the percentage of disability issued by the District Medical Board.
5. Certificate in respect of Local/ Non-local candidature in terms of Presidential Orders, 1975 i.e., the Study certificates of Classes VII to X (or) in case, if they have not studied, in any institution, during the whole or any part of the 4 years period preceding the year of SSC examination, Residence certificate from the concerned MRO/Tahasildar in Annexure-1 shall be produced in terms of G.O.Ms.No.729, GAD.(SPF-A) Dept., dt.01.11.1975.
6. A self addressed postal cover duly affixed with stamps of Rs.30/- with acknowledgment.
7. Three recent colour passport size photographs of the applicant duly attested by the Government Gazetted Officer, one is to be affixed on the application in the space specified and two photos are to be affixed on the Hall Ticket enclosed to the application.
8. Employment Registration Card.
