KADAPA DISTRICT COURT 04 Typists Posts Recruitment

District Court KADAPA, invites applications from the eligible candidates for appointment of 04 TYPISTS posts in the A.P. Judicial Ministerial Services, in the Unit of District Judge, Kadapa, by Direct Recruitment.

Pay Scale:
Rs. 8,440/- - 24,950/-

Age Limit:
Applicant shall be a person who has completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed the age of 34 years, as on 01.07.2015
*The age relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of SCs, STs and Backward Classes candidates is 5 years and 10 years in respect of Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen.

Educational Qualifications:
1) Must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by A.P. State Board of Intermediate Education or equivalent Examination.
2) No candidate shall be eligible for appointment to the post of Copyist in the Kadapa District Judiciary, if he/she does not possess an adequate knowledge of Telugu Language”.

How to Apply:
*The prescribed form of application and other relevant information can be downloaded from the District Court’s Website http://ecourts.gov.in/Kadapa.
*The duly filled in applications shall be submitted to the District Judge, Kadapa by Registered post/ Courier/ In person.
*The applicant shall invariably submit the application UNFOLDED super-scribing on the top of cover mentioning the name of the post applied for, Notification No. & Date. *Applications will not be received directly.
*Applications shall be addressed to the 'DISTRICT JUDGE, KADAPA' Last Date for receipt of applications is: 05-00 PM on 24-08-2015.
*The candidates who are applying for the post of Copyist shall enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) drawn on S.B.I, towards Application/ Examination fee, payable at Main Branch, S.B.I, Kadapa”, payable at Kadapa.
*SC/ ST/ PH/ ESM candidates are exempted from Exam Fee.

Selection Process:
*Written test of the standard consistent with the minimum General educational qualification prescribed will be held on OMR basis (Technoloty) for all the posts. In addition to it, skill test will be also be conducted to the candidates appearing for the post of Typists for which they have to make arrangements to get their own typewriter for the skill test.
* No person shall be eligible for appointment to the service by direct recruitment unless he/she satisfies the following conditions viz.,
(i) that he/she is of sound health, active habits and free from any bodily defects or infirmities rendering him/her unfit for the service;
(ii) that his/her character and antecedents are such as would not disqualify for the service.
Examination Scheme:
a) Written examination which is objective in form for the post of Typist shall carry 50 marks and skil test shall carry 30 marks.
b) Oral Interviews shall carry 20 marks.Candidates that are qualified in the written test/ skill test as the case may be, short-listed to the level of 1:10, of the available vacancies in the order of merit, conferring eligibility upon them, to appear for oral interviews.
Minimum Marks:
*Only such candidates who secure 40% marks (for OC Category), 35% (for B.C. Category and 30% (for SC and ST Categories), in written test for the posts of Typist.
*Only such candidates who secure minimum 50% marks (for O.C. Category), and minimum 40% marks ( for BC/SC/ST category) in skill test for the post of Typist be treated as qualified in the written examination.
*Merit List:
After results of written test/skill test as the case may be are announced, qualified candidates in the ratio of 1:3 of the available vacancies in the respective categories shall be called for Oral Interviews.

List of Attested Documents:
1. Certificate of qualifying examination academic and technical.
2. Certificate evidencing date of birth.
3. Latest Community Certificate (issued by the authority not less than the rank of MRO/Tahasildar).
4. Physically Handicapped candidates have to produce the medical certificate showing the percentage of disability issued by the District Medical Board.
5. Certificate in respect of Local/ Non-local candidature in terms of Presidential Orders, 1975 i.e., the Study certificates of Classes VII to X (or) in case, if they have not studied, in any institution, during the whole or any part of the 4 years period preceding the year of SSC examination, Residence certificate from the concerned MRO/Tahasildar in Annexure-1 shall be produced in terms of G.O.Ms.No.729, GAD.(SPF-A) Dept., dt.01.11.1975.
6. A self addressed postal cover duly affixed with stamps of Rs.30/- with acknowledgment.
7. Three recent colour passport size photographs of the applicant duly attested by the Government Gazetted Officer, one is to be affixed on the application in the space specified and two photos are to be affixed on the Hall Ticket enclosed to the application.
