Educational Qualifications (eligibility as on 31.03.2016):
Customer Service Officer (CSO):
Graduation from a recognized University with second class securing minimum 50% marks, or Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University with second class securing minimum 50% marks.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Graduate of a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application.

Age Limit (eligibility as on 31.03.2016):
Customer Service Officer (CSO):
Not exceeding 32 years Candidates born not earlier than 01/04/1984 and not later than 31/03/1998 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply. Upper age limit relaxations applicable as per norms.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
30 years for graduates / post graduates / double graduates.
