APSLPRB Recruitment 2016 - 28 SI (Communications) and ASI (Finger Print Bureau) Posts: Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board (APSLPRB) invites online applications for the recruitment of 28 Sub Inspector of Police (Communications) and Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (Finger Print Bureau) Posts. Eligible candidates can apply online before 25.09.2016.

APSLPRB SI and ASI Recruitment 2016:
1 SCT SI of Police (Communications) (Men & Women) - 15
2 SCT ASI of Police in Finger Print Bureau (Men & Women) - 13

Educational Qualifications:
(i) SCT SI of Police - Diploma/ B.Tech. in ECE OR EEE OR Computer Engineering OR IT OR Special Diploma Course in Electronics with specialization in Computer Engineering OR Special Diploma Course in Electronics with specialization in Communication Engineering awarded by the any State Board of Technical Education and Training OR Three years Degree in B.Sc. Electronics OR a qualification approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent to any of the above.

(ii) SCT ASI of Police -Degree with Computer Science OR Computer Application OR Information Technology as one of the subjects awarded by any university in India, established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provisional Act of State or of any institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Age Limit:
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years as on 1st July, 2016 i.e., must have been born not earlier than 2nd July, 1991 and not later than 1st July, 1995. Upper age limit relaxations applicable as per norms.

How to Apply:
Eligible candidates can apply online through appolice.gov.in  from 01.09.2016 to 25.09.2016. OC & BC candidates required to pay Rs. 600/-, and candidates belonging to SC/ ST required to pay Rs. 300/- towards Application Processing and Examination Fee.

Selection Process:
Selection of the candidates will be made through Physical Measurement Test, Physical Efficiency Test and Written Test. Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test is likely to be held in the last week of September/ first week of October, 2016. The Final Written Examination is likely to be held in the first week of November, 2016.

The final selection of the candidates (Men & Women) will be made strictly on relative merit, as obtained by them based on their score in the final written examination (papers II and III) (300 marks) for the candidates who qualified in Physical Efficiency Test.

Examination Scheme:
Paper I English - 100 M
Paper II Arithmetic and Test of Reasoning/ Mental Ability - 100 M
Paper III Technical Paper - 200 M
